Yosun Kim Banks, a Georgia homemaker, won the first Quincy’s Triple Seven’s top jackpot for traditional bingo while playing Super Jackpot Coverall Bingo. Ms. Banks received the $500,000-prize at the casino, which is part of Victoryland Greyhound Park.
“Ms. Banks won the next to last bingo number was called”, Susan Collier, a spokeswoman for Victoryland said. “You have 46 chances to cover and get bingo. She got it on the 45th ball that dropped.”
In a press release, Ms. Banks explained that she makes regular trips to the casino with a small group of friends and that this is her first jackpot. “I’m happy about winning the top traditional bingo prize”, she added.
