Many businesses decided to close up last weekend. Even the shopping malls joined this craziness. The movies didn’t show any films either and most of the gas stations were closed too, so people weren’t able to fill up their car tanks.

In spite of all the places that remained closed, bingo rooms did not stop their activities. Not only the bingo rooms were opened, but also they were full, since there were no other activities to do and people enjoy playing bingo so much, it turned out to be the best solution for all.

The bingo rooms El Paraíso and Macaracuay, stayed open and crowded. In the first one there were about 128 people, while in the other one there were 73. Mainly, there were middle-aged women and the few men that were there were young.

The fact is that the purple finger stood out among the bundle of money that was counted once and again, while in other cases, they were put into slot machines.
